By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• Booking is confirmed after receiving the customer's information and location.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or postpone appointments due to weather conditions or emergency situations, with prior notice to the customer.

• A safe and suitable location must be provided for the service.

• If the location cannot be accessed or the service cannot be performed, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking.

• Please ensure that all vehicle doors and windows are securely closed.

• Remove all valuable items and personal belongings before the service begins.

• Inform our team of any existing notes or concerns regarding the vehicle before the wash.

• Our team is not responsible for any lost personal belongings.

• We use professional car care products and suitable equipment for vehicle cleaning.

• We are not responsible for any scratches, damages, or defects that existed before the service started.

• We are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical issues that are not directly caused by our service.

• If the customer is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

• If the customer is not present at the specified location, a visit fee may apply.

• All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable by law.

• Bookings can be canceled free of charge at least two hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations after that time or after the technician has arrived may be subject to cancellation fees.

• If there is any concern regarding the service, it must be reported immediately after the car wash is completed. We will review and resolve the issue if it is confirmed.

• We maintain the confidentiality of customer information and do not share it with any third party unless required by applicable laws or regulations.

• GLINTA CAR Mobile Car Wash reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms and Conditions.
